This exceptionally sensitive, ultra-compact monocular utilizes Pulsar’s proprietary Image Boost Technology and software algorithms to provide unmatched image clarity and detail. The Axion XQ LRF is effective in nearly all environments with only minimal adjustments; mountains, prairies, forests and urban environments all have different ambient temperatures. To achieve the highest quality of images, certain settings have been optimized and assembled into profiles. These profiles accommodate easy image optimization in different environments and at longer distances.
The Axion XQ LRF’s new AMOLED HD display provides a sharp, detailed and vibrantly colored range of vision. The 8-color palette gives an excellent viewing experience regardless of the conditions; the traditional White Hot mode is notably versatile, and the Hot Black is typically used to detect wildlife at night. Red Monochrome will reduce bright backlight from exiting the eyepiece. For longer ranges, Sepia often improves observation, while Red Hot, Rainbow and Ultramarine enriches the temperature differences and attributes of various objects. Lastly, Violet is useful in identifying objects faster.
The Axion XQ LRF can function in a multitude of changing environmental conditions. Its IPX7 waterproofing is rated to protect it from heavy rainfall, snow and other types of precipitation. The XQ can even operate flawlessly for up to 30 minutes when submerged in up to 1 meter of water.
