Like all the shotguns in the M3000 line, the Freedom Series Defense is powered by Stoeger’s Inertia-Driven system – a simple, ultra-reliable action that runs clean, fast, and reliably with vast array of different cartridges. The Inertia-Driven System uses fewer parts, and eliminates the need for gas cylinders, o-rings, and other complicated parts which makes it more reliable. Other features of the M3000 Freedom Series Defense Shotgun include a ghost-ring sight for fast target acquisition, and a 12 o’clock picatinny rail for the installation of an optic. In addition, the M3000 Freedom Series Defense Shotgun ships with a shim kit, allowing the user to adjust the fit of the gun for drop and cast.
